A warming and drying trend will continue this week with minimum
relative humidity mostly in the single digits to teens in the
lowest valleys and teens to lower 20s in the Sierra. Westerly 
afternoon breezes return beginning Wednesday with gusts around 20 
to 30 mph. Precipitation chances remain low, though terrain-driven
thunder chances rise to 5 to 15% Thursday into Memorial Day 
weekend.

are possible Wednesday afternoon along the Sierra crest with
