* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...At 13 feet, Main Street in Macksburg near the creek and
  agricultural fields adjacent to the creek flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 159 AM EDT, the gauge reading on Duck Creek at Macksburg was
    13 feet and slowly rising.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Macksburg.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
