NORTHWESTERN STOKES COUNTY THROUGH 1230 AM EDT...

At 1155 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Francisco, moving southeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.
