* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches, with localized
    higher amounts of 4 inches.
