following areas, Benton, Camden, Cedar, Dallas, Hickory, Laclede, 
Maries, Miller, Morgan, Phelps, Polk, Pulaski, St. Clair and Vernon.

The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flash Flood 
Watch has expired.
