.Synopsis for the far Southern CA coast...
At 1 AM, a 1040 mb high was over northwest Montana and a 1015 mb
low was over Ensenada, generating increasing offshore flow. 
Offshore flow this morning will become northwest onshore flow 
this afternoon. Offshore flow will prevail and strengthen tonight,
peaking Friday into Saturday. Isolated easterly gusts could 
exceed 20 knots Friday into early Saturday. Onshore northwest flow
returns Saturday afternoon and evening, which will alternate with
weak offshore flow during the nights and mornings through Monday.
