.Synopsis for the far Southern CA coast...
At 1 PM, a 1034 mb high covered Colorado and a 1013 mb low was
over Ensenada. Moderate offshore flow will prevail through this
evening before slowly and gradually decreasing Saturday. Isolated
gusts exceeding 20 knots are expected. Onshore northwest flow 
returns Saturday afternoon and evening, which will alternate with 
weak offshore flow during the nights and mornings through Monday. 
Onshore flow will prevail late Monday through Tuesday. Southerly
flow will increase Wednesday as a weather system arrives.
