At 1 AM, a 1021 mb high was over Ely, Nevada, a 1008 mb low was
over Phoenix, and a 1014 mb low covered the Southern California
Bight. Weak onshore flow will prevail through Friday, with some
increase Saturday. A weak coastal eddy is expected tonight 
through Thursday night.
