...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN JACKSON AND
NORTHEASTERN WINN PARISHES UNTIL 715 PM CDT...

At 609 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 15
miles southeast of Jonesboro, moving south at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
  Sikes and Hudson.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
