Much colder temperatures are expected in its wake through Tuesday morning. Otherwise, a warming and drying trend is expected to prevail through the remainder of the week. .DISCUSSION...A potent, unseasonably cold storm brought widespread precipitation to the state overnight, including snow down to 5500 feet in areas across central and eastern Utah. Any lingering showers and gusty post frontal winds are expected to taper off by this afternoon as the associated low pressure system exits the region. Much colder conditions are expected across the state through Tuesday morning.
