spread into the area today, bringing lower humidities, with a 60%
chance of afternoon relative humidities falling below 15%.
Lingering moisture will maintain a 10-20 percent chance of showers
and thunderstorms this afternoon and evening, with the main threat
being gusty outflow winds. Otherwise, outside of showers, expect 
some enhancement of near-westerly winds this afternoon.
