...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of southeastern Salt
Lake and northern Utah Counties through 445 PM MDT
...

At 401 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Sandy, moving northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Sandy, South Jordan, Draper, Riverton, Cottonwood Heights, Midvale,
Holladay, Bluffdale, Little Cottonwood Canyon, Little Cottonwood
Creek Valley, Granite, Big Cottonwood Canyon, Mill Creek Canyon,
Mount Olympus, Cottonwood West, Alta, Snowbird, and Brighton.

This includes Interstate 15 between mile markers 288 and 296.
