A Red Flag Warning remains in effect through 10am Friday. Minimum
RH values on Friday will be in the teens, with easterly winds of 5
to 13mph. Gusts up to 30mph possible in the morning. By the 
afternoon winds shift toward the SW at 4-6mph. Overnight winds go 
toward the NE at 5-10mph. Similar winds at 20 feet, while Upper 
Slope/Ridge winds Friday will be easterly around 10-15mph. 
Overnight they turn toward the SW around 5 to 8 mph. Conditions 
will be dry on Friday and same with Saturday, with minimum RH 
values Saturday in the teens. Winds will be northwesterly along 
the ridge/upper slope at 10-12mph, while the valley and surface 
will be NE at 5-8mph in the morning.
