* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Northeastern Jefferson County in Big Bend Florida...
  Northeastern Leon County in Big Bend Florida...
  Southwestern Brooks County in south central Georgia...
  Southern Thomas County in south central Georgia...
  Southeastern Grady County in southwestern Georgia...

* WHEN...Until 645 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 450 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Up to 4.5 inches of rain have
    fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected over
    the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Jarrott, Alma, Fincher, Festus, Metcalf, Lake Miccosukee,
    Everett, Miccosukee, Dills, Moncrief, Beachton, Ashville and
    Rocky Hill.
