At 1246 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms 12 miles northwest of Carrabelle, moving northeast at
10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Crawfordville, Sopchoppy, East Camp, Jewel Fire Tower, Morgan Place,
Panacea-Wakulla Airport, Arran, Mcintyre, Sanborn, Tully, Panacea,
Owens Bridge, Smith Creek, Poplar Camp, Medart, Buckhorn, Twin Pole,
Curtis Mill, High Bluff, and Yent Place.
