northeast Kansas, including the following areas, in east central 
Kansas, Anderson, Coffey, Douglas, Franklin, Lyon, Osage and 
Shawnee. In northeast Kansas, Jefferson.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to 
heed remaining road closures.
