Surface high pressure north of the Islands will be the dominant 
feature for this period and will favor moderate tradewinds and
daily upslope/Mauka showers. There is a tropical west making its
way westward and is expected to usher in a plume of increased
moisture and stronger tradewinds by the weekend/early next week.
Drier air is expected to return behind the tropical feature. Guidance
continues to signal for a gradually weakening pressure gradient 
and lighter tradewinds.
