.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure over Newfoundland will move off to the
NE today, while a secondary cold front moves across the waters.
High pressure will build SE over the region today and tonight,
before a warm front lifts N over the waters Fri. A strong cold
front will quickly move E across the area Fri night into Sat,
before a series of low pressure troughs or secondary cold fronts
move SE over the waters Sat into Sun. Another high will build E
across the region Sun into Mon, then begin to shift E Mon night.
