.SYNOPSIS...A weakening warm front will slowly lift NE over the N
and central waters tonight into Fri as a weak cold front moves E
and SE across the N portion. The next cold front will approach
from the NW Fri night, then move SE across the area Sat through
Sun night. The front will stall over the S waters Mon through Tue
night as low pressure forms along the boundary.
