.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure will move NE off the Mid-Atlantic coast
today and tonight, while pulling a warm front through the N
waters. Its associated cold front slowly approaches the coast
today, moves offshore tonight, then pushes E across the waters
Mon. The front stalls over the central portions late Mon through
Wed night, extending E to NE from near Cape Hatteras. The front
then lifts N as a warm front Thu and Thu night, while a high
pressure ridge builds W across the central and S portions.
