.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will extend W over the area
through Thu. The ridge will weaken and drift eastward Thu night
into Fri night as a low pressure trough develops near the SE
United States coast. The trough will weaken Sat as high pressure
expands back across the area from the E through Sun night.
