.SYNOPSIS...A trough along the California coast will persist
tonight through Thu night. Also, high pressure will remain
centered W and NW of the waters tonight through Sun night, then
drift E over the area through Wed into early Wed night while
becoming weaker. On Thu and Thu night high pressure will build in
from W.
