.SYNOPSIS...A trough along the California coast will persist
today through Thu night. Also, high pressure will remain centered
W and NW of the waters today and tonight, then drift E over the
area through early Wed while weakening. On Wed and Wed night a
weak cold front will move E and SE over the N and central waters.
High pressure will build in from the W and NW Wed night through
Thu night as the coastal trough intensifies.
