.SYNOPSIS...A weak low pressure center and associated trough will
gradually drift NE today and move inland tonight. High pressure
will remain centered W of the waters today and tonight, then
drift E into the area Sun through Tue night as it becomes weaker.
Weak low pressure will move E over the waters with a cold front
Wed and dissipate Wed night as high pressure build E over the
waters.
