Ridge on 180, moving east. Trough on 160E at 191800UTC, moving east. East of ridge and south of 50S: Heavy southwest swell easing by 201200UTC. In a band east of trough: Northwest 30kt to gale. West of trough: Westerly quarter 30kt to gale and areas of heavy swell, both developing by 201200UTC.
