.DISCUSSION...
Key Messages...
- A Heat Advisory remains in place for the Arctic Plains, with 
  temps reaching back near 80 and min rh back down to critical 
  thresholds of 15 to 20 percent. One limiting factor will be the 
  timing for the onset of cool northeast winds Wednesday evening. 

- Thunderstorms continue to expand northward Wednesday, with the
  focus of storms across the Brooks Range; however, storms will 
  likely make it as far north as the coast. Outflow winds and 
  lightning remain the primary threat. 

- Cloud cover will expand by Thursday, bringing cooler 
  temperatures and higher RH, as best thunderstorm chances shift 
  south to the Brooks Range.
