Key Messages...

- Heat advisory remains in place through Thursday for the Arctic Plains
  with min RH seeing some slight improvement into the upper 20s. 
  Cooling trend into the weekend with cloud cover expanding across
  the North Slope. 

- Isolated thunderstorms continue across the central brooks Thursday,
  with a few storms sneaking as far north as the Arctic Plains. 
  Outflow winds of 20 to 30 mph remain the primary threat.
