Key Messages...
- Heat advisory remains in place through Thursday for the Arctic
  Plains with min RH seeing some slight improvement into the 
  upper 20% range. Cooling trend into the weekend with cloud cover
  expanding across the North Slope. 

- Isolated thunderstorms continue across the central Brooks Range
  Thursday, with a few storms sneaking as far north as the Arctic
  Plains. Outflow winds of 20 to 30 mph remain the primary 
  threat.
