.SYNOPSIS...
A system moving east over the Gulf of Alaska today will continue to 
support steady precipitation rates on the mountain through this 
morning. Scattered to numerous showers are expected. Steadier 
precipitation and cloudy conditions are expected to continue on the 
mountain for much of today ahead of conditions trending drier for 
later in the day Thursday into Friday. Winds will remain strongest 
across higher elevations out of the northeast with winds peaking 
around 25 to 35 mph. Storm total snow amounts through Thursday are 
expected to be around 3 to 6 inches at base camp and 6 to 12 inches 
across higher elevations.

.OUTLOOK SATURDAY THROUGH MONDAY...  
As the aforementioned system continues its trek east and away from 
the mountain, conditions that trended drier for Friday will continue 
into the start of the weekend as a ridge of high pressure builds in 
over Western Alaska. This will keep precipitation chances more 
isolated for Saturday morning with predominant dry conditions and 
lighter winds expected. High confidence supports another system 
moving towards the mountain from the northwest over the weekend, 
supporting steadier precipitation rates and stronger winds building 
in later in the day Saturday into Sunday.
