Typhoon Saudel is now heading away from the Marianas, which will 
allow waves to normalize gradually. Meanwhile, Tropical Depression
19W has developed northwest of Yap and will contribute some
additional west swell. Fresh to locally strong southwest winds
feeding into Typhoon Saudel will continue to develop across the 
coastal waters with seas of 7 to 10 feet expected. Scattered 
showers and isolated thunderstorms expected through midweek, with 
locally heavy showers possible.
