* WHAT...Seas up to 10 feet.

* WHERE...Marianas Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM ChST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Swells will gradually diminish as 
Super Typhooon Bavi (09W) moves away from the Marianas.
Small craft vessels should remain vigilant as seas will remain
hazardous around 10 feet.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
