* WHAT...Southwest winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas
  7 to 10 feet.

* WHERE...Guam and Rota Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM ChST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Fresh to locally strong southwest winds will 
  ramp up as a monsoon surge develops south of passing Typhoon 
  Saudel. Seas up to 10 feet will be possible throughout the coastal 
  waters. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
