AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Southwest winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and
  seas 7 to 10 feet.

* WHERE...Guam and Rota Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM ChST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Fresh to locally strong southwest winds
  will continue today as Typhoon Saudel continues to move away. 
  Seas up to 10 feet will be possible throughout the coastal 
  waters today.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
