* WHAT...Seas 7 to 10 feet.

* WHERE...Marianas Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM ChST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Significant southwesterly swell driven by
  the monsoon pattern and Tropical Depression 19W, well north-
  northwest of Yap, along with strong, convectively-driven gusts
  will give way to choppy seas of 7 to 10 feet through this
  afternoon. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
