...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM CHST THIS
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Seas 8 to 12 feet. For Palau, west to southwest winds
  10 to 15 kt with frequent gusts to 25 kt.

* WHERE...Palau and Yap Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM ChST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...As Typhoon Bavi moves farther away from
  Yap and Palau, seas and winds will continue to improve, allowing
  for seas to fall below threshold combined seas of 10 feet as
  early as this afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
