...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 5 PM THIS
AFTERNOON TO 3 AM CHST SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 20 kt with frequent gusts up to 30 kt.

* WHERE...Chuuk Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 3 AM ChST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...As Tropical Storm Champi (29W) continues to
  organize and strengthen, southwest winds of 10 to 20 knots look to
  increase into the 15 to 25 knot range by Saturday. Frequent
  gusts to 30 kt will be possible anytime from late Friday
  afternoon through Sunday as well. Inter-island travel is
  strongly discouraged during this time..

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
