Overnight altimetry and recent buoy data indicate that seas have 
fallen below hazardous levels of 10 feet. As Tropical Depression 
19W continues to move farther away to the north, 15 to 20 kt
southwest winds trend down to 10 to 15 kt Tuesday. Mariners should
still exercise caution as combined seas of 7 to 9 feet persist 
through tonight, mainly across northern waters.
