CHANGES WITH THIS ADVISORY -------------------------- None. WATCHES AND WARNINGS -------------------- A Typhoon Warning remains in effect for Pagan and Agrihan in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. A Typhoon Warning means that typhoon force winds of 74 mph or more are imminent or occurring. A Tropical Storm Warning and a Typhoon Watch remain in effect for Alamagan in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. A Tropical Storm Warning in conjunction with a Typhoon Watch means that tropical storm force winds of 39 to 73 mph are imminent or occurring, and typhoon force winds are possible if the track of Typhoon Saudel shifts sufficiently westward. Saudel is moving northwest at 15 mph. It is expected to maintain this general course and speed through Sunday. This general forecast track will take Saudel close to Agrihan this afternoon. Maximum sustained winds remain at 90 mph. Saudel is forecast to intensify through Sunday. Typhoon force winds extend outward from the center up to 35 miles to the east with little or no typhoon winds to the west. Tropical storm force winds extend outward from the center up to 150 miles.
