DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK

At 700 AM CHST...2100 UTC...the center of Tropical Depression 19W was
located near Latitude 12.7 degrees North and Longitude 135.7 degrees
East. 19W is moving north at 5 mph. It is expected to turn toward the
northeast with a slight increase in forward speed through Monday. This
general forecast track should take 19W through open ocean.

Maximum sustained winds remain at 35 mph. 19W is forecast to
intensify through tonight possibly becoming a tropical storm.
