was located near Latitude 13.2 degrees North and Longitude
135.4 degrees East. 19W is moving north-northwest at 3 mph. It is
expected to make a turn toward the northeast with an increase in
forward speed through Monday. This general forecast track should 
take 19W through open ocean.

Maximum sustained winds remain at 35 mph. 19W is forecast to
maintain this intensity through tonight.
