.Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters...
Northeast winds have strengthened across the Hawaiian Island 
coastal waters, mainly around windward Big Island, as a result of
Tropical Storm Moke passing west across the far southern offshore
waters. High winds and short period wind wave swell generated by
Moke will increase seas across Big Island windward waters.
