A weak trough will continue to move NW across the N offshore 
waters tonight. At 0300 UTC, Tropical Storm Moke was located at 
14.0N 148.3W, moving WNW at 10 kt. Tropical Storm Moke is 
expected to track through the S offshore waters this weekend.
