            Emergency managers reported a large tree 
            down across PR-307 near Km 0.7. The fallen 
            tree brought down utility poles and power 
            lines, blocking the roadway. Nearby weather 
            stations measured wind gusts in the upper 
            20s to lower 30s mph, supporting reports of 
            gusty winds in the area.
